Hi, I'm Helen, a holistic therapist and well-being practitioner with over 30 years of experience.

My journey began as a nanny and nursery nurse, and evolved when I had my own children. I then trained as a therapist, specialising in post and prenatal treatments. I offer Pregnancy Massage, Reflexology, Hypnobirthing, Baby Massage, and Baby Yoga. My passion lies in informing, empowering, and supporting parents as they embark on the exciting journey of parenthood.
